Pokemon Platinum is OUT!

At least it is in America.

I'm not getting it, but let's discuss anyway!

Which are you guys most excited for, The new forms, the new 1-P modes (Torn World, Frontier, etc.), or the new WiFi modes?

If I ever get it, It'll be for the 1-P stuff, which is why I always get pokemon games.

Yeah, Wi-fi is always unpredictable with Pokémon games so 1P is more exciting for me. Platinum is actually adding quite a lot considering how much other things (emerald for example) added.
Did platinum just come out today in America then?

it came out a while ago in America no?
I probably wont buy it - I only wifi (i dont even do that anymore, only once in a while for a friend) so it would be a pain transferring all my guys

Well i already have it and its fun, really fun. The Torn World is great and the Battle Frontier is fun too... I even got 2 Symbols ^_^

actually come to think of it, the battle frontier could be quite a useful thing to do on long car journies (it takes me 8 hours to drive to our apartment in france, where we go most holidays)

Woa. Actually, my dad owes me $40. When he gets paid I could have him buy it for me! Very Happy

(even though I already have diamond, so I don't necessarily need platinum to wifi.

Question-
For someone who has it, do the new forms still not appear on wifi?

i might check this game out five years from now when i see it used at gamestop for like five bucks. i'd just borrow it from a friend but for whatever reason the pokemon gods created a rule banning more than one file per game cartridge.
