If we do open pokemon for XP shops can normal members open them? Ie me, cos i use like 12 pokemon regularly at max. Most of my 130 odd competitive ready stuff i never use so i could sell it..

Yeah, I think I have no problem with this. The main shop will have more of a range of pokemon (seeing as every'mon is sold) but users may have lower prices. I have little idea how to get people to exchange experience, so it would have to be sold on a rep bassis (they give you positive rep for a pokemon, perhaps a thanks for a really good pokemon )
