Did anybody see the new Watchmen movie? I was really excited to see it, but I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. At times, I even found it boring!

I heard that a lot of the movie revolved around American Politics (in some form or another) and I'm not sure it's even out in the UK right now. I guess I could go see it, but there are hardly any positive reviews. I'll probabley go watch "Bolt" instead :P

Is that still out it the UK? We saw that for Thanksgiving last year, lol.
On topic... I didn't see that much relevance to US politics. It was about vigilantes, which are illegal, but I didn't see much else...

Well it's all about nuclear holocaust, and war and stuff. What I don't get is how nixon managed to get elected.... six times. From what I remember of history Nixon's presidency was after Roosevelt's, meaning that it was illegal for him to be elected more then two terms. There was also the whole bugging of peoples offices and home thing keeping him out of office.

It's fiction...which means that it's not real. Which means it's perfectly reasonable for nixon to get elected 6 times.
