Let's get 3D Nintendo!

I am getting tired of the same old pokémon games. New pokémon are always a plus, as is a new region - but can nintendo not make them 3D? Pokémon ranger showed how 3D can work very well and now they are secure on the DS (I mean, at least 5 pokémon games have come out since it's release) then surely they can make the sprites, battle scenes and environment 3D?
I would love it if that happened in the next bug pokémon game Very Happy

That would actually be very interesting. It would be intriguing to see how a third dimension would affect game play...

Im not entirely sure what you mean - its not exactly in 2D, there are stairs and lift etc. But its not really 3D is it. Its kinda..in the middle

Yeah, 2.5D xD Very annoying - but battles are definately 2D though - imagine them in 3D affraid

and maybe the enemy actually REACTING to being beaten to a pulp lool

But the attacks never actually hit in PBR, lol. Even the punches didn't hit. they just got close. XD

yeah, they had to take the hitting part out of the game otherwise the esrb woulda rated it t for being too violent. like for real, pokemon getting mutilated by flamethrower or getting hacked to pieces by guillotine isn't exactly family friendly.

I guess that's true. But they could probably get a little more graphic than ALMOST hitting. Or at least, I would hope they could.
