It appears to me that It's going to be a LONG time before I get enough EXP to get a name change. Was EXP the one that's updated manually? I forget...

Anyway...Could you maybe make EXP easier to get, or make name changes less EXP? I figure that if people care enough to change their name, they should be pretty active...

XP is based mainly on posts and threads, along with a few other special ingredients
All in all, I think it's a pretty fair thing right now.
Oh and all the game sections are immune to prevent undeserved points.
So all you got ta do is become even more active! Some more threads in the places that actually matter would help you out too
Also, site contests can give away items and XP so keep your eyes peeled for those, we could be having one soon........
