| Do you think we could have some sort of awards at the end of every month? Not neccesarrily MotM, but awards like meta made before Pokeisland died. But with some different catagories (that aren't as exclusive) Like, Best new member, Most helpful (To new members), most productive, kindest, etc. We could have polls or something. Or snoogy could pick. Or we could just not do it.  Also, I think it could be a good idea to make a 'Hand Holder' Usergroup, or something similar. They would PM the new people (which we'll hopefully get) and help them get around the site and make sure they know exactly what we have to offer! I think that at least half of the people who never posted or something, did so beause they didn't know what to do, or where to go or something. I just think it could help. | |
